June 7, 2014

Here are a couple of images from yesterday. Today is the first pour and we have much to do. Doubt that I will have much time to take photos but will get something on-line as soon as I can. Yesterday the big deal was getting the big blower  running and finishing prep on the molds.

The electrical components on the big blower were badly corroded and needed work.

Moving the grantry

Moving the grantry

For the most part, it takes 4 people to move the gantry. Turning it is the most difficult because the wheels don’t swivel. We will put wood tracks in place for the pour. Its 7 AM, time to get to work!
